FAQ: CellarTracker isn't loading or is showing an error
If you were previously able to use CellarTracker but are now encountering errors when trying to access the site or app, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
"Help! I'm seeing an error when I try to use CellarTracker. What should I do?"
If you're seeing messages like:
- "This page isn't working"
- "Error loading page"
- "Something went wrong"
- "HTTP Error 429"
- "403 CloudFront"
The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
Your current network is likely blocking you from accessing CellarTracker. This is usually a connectivity issue; rest assured that your account and account data are unaffected.
Try these steps in order:
- Turn off your VPN. If you're connected to a VPN, disconnect it and try again.
- Switch to a cellular network. If you're on Wi-Fi, try using your cellular/mobile data instead.
- Try the website. If you're on the mobile app, try visiting www.cellartracker.com from a web browser (either on mobile or desktop) and signing in. If you are still running into issues, go to the next step.
"I'm still unable to access CellarTracker."
If you've tried all of the steps above and are still having trouble, please contact our support team (support@cellartracker.com) and include your IP address.

"I can't log in, but I'm not seeing one of these errors."
If you're simply unable to sign in, first double-check that your email address/username and password are entered correctly.
A few things to verify:
- You're using the correct email address or username for your account. Try troubleshooting by prompting a password reset email if you're unsure. If you have the right email for your account, you will receive an email.
- There are no unintentionally capitalized letters in your username.
- There are no extra spaces/letters before or after your username or password.
- Your password is entered exactly as you created it.
If you're still unable to log in after confirming your credentials, please email support@cellartracker.com for additional assistance.
