The wait is over! The long-awaited Wish List feature — previously only available on desktop and the legacy app — is now fully integrated into our new mobile app. Your Lists (Wish List and any others you create) will be automatically synced across platforms.

With Lists, you can create, manage, and share curations of wines right from your phone. Whether you’re bookmarking wines you want to try, organizing for an upcoming event, or sharing your top recommendations with friends, Lists help you stay organized.

Here are some examples of the types of Lists existing members use:

• Wish List – Keep track of the wines you want to try or buy in the future.
• Favorites – Bookmark the bottles you love the most.
• Events/Occasions – “Tuscany Trip 2025”, “Sam’s Birthday Party”, or “Tasting Event 09/08/2025”. Plan with ease – build lists for dinners, parties, or trips and share them with your group. You can also use list notes to add helpful details.
• Cellar Management Planning – “Drink Soon”, “Long Term Storage”, “To Be Relocated”. Plan for future consumption and stay organized.

How to Find Lists + Create a New List

1. Open the Collection tab in the bottom navigation.
2. Click over to Your Saved Lists.
3. You can view your existing Lists, or create a new List from here.

• Every account comes with Your Wish List as the default.
• You can create an unlimited number of Lists.
• This page shows Your Wish List pinned at the top, followed by your other Lists ordered by most recent activity (adding a wine to a list moves it to the top).

How to Save a Wine to a List

1. Open the wine’s detail page.
2. Tap the bookmark icon in the upper righthand corner.
3. Choose an existing list to add it to or create a new one.

• Bonus: you can also add a list note here – this is a note that will appear for this wine, specifically in the context of the list you're adding it to.

How to Change Privacy of a List

• By default: Your Wish List is set to private, while all new Lists created from the app are set to public.
• You can easily change this setting while Creating or Editing your List by switching the toggle below.
• Note: Lists must be Public in order for others to access them when shared.

How to Share a List

• You can share any of your Lists with friends, guests, or the broader CellarTracker community.
• Shared Lists include your list notes
• Recipients can either save the entire list to their Collection (instructions below) or save individual wines to their own Wish List. Recipients cannot make edits to your list.

1. Go to the list you want to share.
2. Click the share icon in the upper righthand corner.

How to Save Someone Else's List to your Saved Lists

• If someone sends you a link to a list (it needs to be set to public), you can save it for easy viewing in your mobile app.
• The number next to the bookmark icon is the number of people who have the list saved.

1. Click the bookmark icon in the upper righthand corner of the List.
2. It will now appear in your Saved Lists tab with the list creator's username attached. It will be automatically updated if the list creator makes any changes.
